Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: All canceled lessons must be rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation to qualify for reschedule. This means you have 24 hours to choose a new booking date. If a canceled lesson is not rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation notice, the entire lesson credit will be lost. Lost lesson credits cannot be redeemed/used or refunded. All eligible lessons, lesson packages, memberships and lesson credits must be redeemed within a year of purchase. Reschedules: How do I reschedule a lesson? 1. Text/Call your teacher immediately to notify them of the cancellation. 2. Fill out the cancellation form right away. 3. Book your rescheduled lesson using the RESCHEDULE LESSON booking option on the booking page.
