Does your child love to sing and write songs?! This service is perfect for a small in-home parties.
Service Description
One of our professional party host/teachers will come perform (2) popular kid-friendly songs at your upcoming event as well as help develop the birthday child's special customized song. This service includes props and some creative dance moves that the kids can follow. In the end, there will be a final performance that all the kids can participate in. Parents/Guests may record the final performance for the birthday child's fun memories.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Reschedules We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we're committed to finding a solution that works for you. Members - Cancellations: If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify your teacher as soon as possible. We'll work with you to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. Please note that cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge (see below). - Reschedules: You can log in to your back office portal to reschedule lessons or text/call your teacher to arrange a new time. Single Lesson Holders - Cancellations: If you need to cancel a lesson, please text/call your teacher to notify them. We'll help you reschedule the lesson using the RESCHEDULE LESSON booking option on the booking page. Please note that cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge (see below). - Reschedules: You can use the RESCHEDULE LESSON booking option on the booking page to book a new lesson time. Exceptional Circumstances We recognize that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to: - Illness or injury - Family emergency - Natural disaster - Other extraordinary circumstances Please notify your teacher as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a solution, including rescheduling the lesson or providing a refund/credit. Cancellation/Reschedule Fees - 48 hours' notice or more: No charge - Less than 48 hours' notice: $25 charge General Policy While we're flexible, we also need to ensure our teachers' schedules are respected. If you cancel or reschedule a lesson more than 2 times without reasonable notice or valid reasons, we reserve the right to: - Charge an additional cancellation fee - Limit your ability to reschedule lessons - Review your membership status - Terminate your membership agreement We're committed to providing excellent service and finding solutions that work for everyone.
