Service Description

One of our professional party host/teachers will come perform (2) popular kid-friendly songs at your upcoming event as well as teach the group of kids (1) popular party song or the birthday child's favorite song. This service includes props and some creative dance moves that the kids can follow. In the end, there will be a final performance that all the kids can participate in. Parents/Guests may record the final performance for the birthday child's fun memories.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Reschedules* *Members:* - Cancellations: All canceled lessons must be rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation to qualify for reschedule. - Reschedules: Members can log in to their back office portal to reschedule lessons. Alternatively, they can text/call their teacher to notify them of the cancellation and book a new lesson using the RESCHEDULE LESSON booking option on the booking page. *Single Lesson Holders:* - Cancellations: All canceled lessons must be rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation to qualify for reschedule. - Reschedules: Single lesson holders can only use the RESCHEDULE LESSON booking option on the booking page to reschedule their lesson. They must text/call their teacher to notify them of the cancellation and then book a new lesson using this option. *General Policy:* - If a canceled lesson is not rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation notice, the entire lesson credit will be lost.
